Compo Industrial was established in 2008 and is a nationally recognized high-tech enterprise certified by ISO9001 and IATF16949. The company focuses on the research and development of new materials and the production and sales of precision ceramic structural components. The factory covers an area of more than 20,000 square meters and currently employs over 200 people, with an experienced professional team in independent R&D, manufacturing, quality control, marketing, and training, and also holds key projects supported by the state. The manufacturing center is equipped with numerous CNC engraving machines, centerless grinders, surface grinders, internal and external grinders, wire-cutting machines, lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinding machines, polishing machines, as well as high-precision inspection instruments such as coordinate measuring machines, 2D measuring instruments, optical measuring instruments, air tightness testers, roundness testers, and height gauges. Compomax Industrial – Major Product Lines
Compomax Industrial (est. 2008) specializes in precision structural ceramic components made from four advanced materials: Zirconia (ZrO₂), Alumina (Al₂O₃), Silicon Carbide (SiC), and Silicon Nitride (Si₃N₄). The company is ISO9001 & IATF16949 certified and serves semiconductor, electronics, new energy, medical, and industrial markets.
Zirconia (ZrO₂) – Best toughness among structural ceramics. Ideal for grinding media (TZP balls), nozzles, valves, fiber optic sleeves, watch cases, and wear-resistant parts. Offers high strength, corrosion resistance, and electrical insulation.
Alumina (Al₂O₃) – Cost-effective workhorse available in 99.5% & 99.9% purity. Used for semiconductor equipment parts (chambers, chucks, insulators), ceramic substrates, wear-resistant liners, seals, and medical implants. High hardness, excellent insulation, and good thermal conductivity
Silicon Carbide (SiC) – Superior hardness and high-temperature stability. Key applications: lithium‑battery manufacturing equipment (wear‑resistant components), ceramic brake discs, and high‑thermal‑conductivity heat sinks (high-grade dense SiC: ~170 W/m・K). Withstands extreme abrasion and corrosion.
Silicon Nitride (Si₃N₄) – (Briefly mentioned) Outstanding thermal shock resistance and fracture toughness. Commonly used in bearings, cutting tools, molten metal handling, and automotive engine parts.
