China Germanium Co., Ltd. (CNGE) was established in 2012 with a registered capital of RMB 200 million. Its predecessor was the Nanjing “718” Factory of the former Ministry of Metallurgical Industry, founded in 1960 and recognized as one of China’s key national construction projects during the First Five-Year Plan period. Following restructuring in 2012, the company became a subsidiary of Fujian Susino Group.
