Zhongming Porcelain (Zhejiang) Nano Powder Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise headquartered in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, China, and was founded in November 2017. To accelerate global market expansion, the company set up its U.S. subsidiary, Nano Merit Porcelain Inc., in San Jose Silicon Valley, California, in June 2025. As a global high-tech enterprise, it specializes in the R&D, production and sales of products for pan-semiconductor and civil aerospace applications. Currently, the company operates two production bases in Suzhou City, Jiangsu Province and Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, covering a total area of 12,660 square meters.
The company has built a multi-material system R&D platform with a team of 26 core researchers, including 4 postdoctoral and 6 postgraduate researchers. In support of its global development strategy, Zhongming Porcelain has established in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with five major domestic and international research institutions. Major Item introduction

1. High Purity Alumina (99.999%): Suitable for high-end ceramic structural components, sapphire crystals, catalysts, laser crystals and transparent ceramics. Customized powders with alumina content ranging from 99.2% to 99.9% are also available.
2. 5N Yttria (99.999%): Applicable to high-energy lasers, aerospace detection devices, thermal barrier coatings, civil aero-engine turbine blades, electronic ceramics, corrosion-resistant ceramic components for semiconductor etching processes, high-strength dental restoration materials, and ceramic structural components for artificial joints.
3. Yttrium Fluoride & Yttrium Oxyfluoride (Particle Powder, Spray Powder): Applied to plasma-sprayed thermal barrier coatings, widely used in aero-engines, gas turbine blades, flame tube thermal insulation, and high-temperature flame thermal protection components for aerospace equipment.
4. Barium Titanate Raw Powder: Applied to precision electronic MLCC components, solid-state battery materials, supercapacitors for new energy vehicles, civil aviation and other related fields.
5. Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) Ceramic Powder: Suitable for wear-resistant parts, including components for industrial machinery and mining equipment, toughened textile ceramic parts, ultra-hard ceramic substrates, as well as mud pump parts, valves and nozzles.
6. Corundum-Mullite (Cordierite): Used for high-temperature industrial kiln furniture such as saggers and kiln shelves, honeycomb ceramic carriers for automotive exhaust purification, microwave dielectric ceramics, core components for precision optics and semiconductor manufacturing equipment (including large astronomical telescope square mirrors and lithography stages), MIM metal parts, and MLCC sintering processes.
