AcroEdge Co., Ltd. develops advanced measurement and evaluation technologies for materials, surfaces, and manufacturing processes. Our solutions help researchers and manufacturers quantify phenomena that are difficult to evaluate using conventional methods.

Our core technologies include surface modification evaluation, UV curing monitoring, and cure shrinkage/stress analysis. These technologies are widely applicable to semiconductor, display, battery, film, coating, adhesive, printing, and polymer industries.

At NANO KOREA 2026, we will introduce innovative measurement solutions that enable non-contact, real-time, and quantitative evaluation of material properties and process conditions. We also collaborate with leading academic institutions, including Kyoto University, to develop advanced analytical technologies and promote industrial applications.

Developed in collaboration with Kyoto University and designed for real-time process monitoring and quality control. Suitable for films, separators, metals, polymers, and advanced materials.

Curea®
Real-time monitoring of UV curing processes. Enables non-contact evaluation of curing conditions and process stability for UV-curable materials.

Custron®
Simultaneous measurement of cure shrinkage and shrinkage stress in accordance with ISO 4216 and JIS K 6941. Supports material development and process optimization.

Nanolizer®
Advanced evaluation technology for nanomaterials and particle dispersion conditions developed in collaboration with Kyoto University.
