Shanghai Desioptoe Technology Co., Ltd., based in Jiading District, Shanghai, is a leading supplier of fluoride crystals. Founded through a collaboration between the Shanghai Institute of Ceramics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and private capital, DESIOPTE has a registered capital of 12 million USD and nearly 200 employees.
DESIOPTOE specializes in the growth, precision processing, and testing of high-quality fluoride and doped fluoride crystal materials (such as CaF2, MgF2, BaF2, LiF, SrF2), as well as the customization of various high-precision optical components. Our products are widely used in semiconductor photolithography, high-power lasers, infrared optics, aerospace, and other cutting-edge fields.
DESIOPTOE participated in the formulation of the national standard for calcium fluoride crystals (GB/T44567-2024), and established a comprehensive quality management system, and achieved certifications to ISO9001:2015 and ISO14001:2015 standards.

Calcium Fluoride Crystals (CaF₂): CaF₂ crystals feature broad spectral high transmittance, high laser damage threshold, low stress birefringence and high optical homogeneity, with excellent stability and processability, available in various specifications ≤600mm and custom crystal orientations.CaF₂ crystals are suitable for high-power UV/excimer lasers, semiconductor lithography, astronomical observation, microscopes, infrared systems, spectrometers and medical lasers.

Magnesium Fluoride Crystals (MgF₂): MgF₂ crystals feature broad spectral high transmittance, high laser damage threshold, excellent mechanical properties and low absorption, with natural birefringence for polarizing optics, available in various specifications ≤200mm and custom crystal orientations. MgF₂ crystals are ideal for high-power lasers, full-spectrum (VUV-DUV-VIS-IR) optical applications, polarizing optical components and various optical instruments.

Barium Fluoride Crystals (BaF₂): BaF₂ crystals feature low refractive index, low dispersion, high transmittance in VIS/near-IR/mid-IR wavebands, and excellent scintillation performance, available in various specifications ≤300mm and custom crystal orientations. BaF₂ crystals are widely used in thermal imaging, night vision, broadband surveillance imaging detectors, aberration and color correction, and high-energy gamma radiation detection.

Lithium Fluoride Crystals (LiF): LiF crystals feature excellent broadband transmittance, strong thermal stability, low stress birefringence and high refractive index homogeneity, with high deep-UV transmittance and short cutoff wavelength, available in various specifications ≤300mm and custom crystal orientations.LiF crystals are widely used in deep UV-IR windows, X-ray imaging and detection, OLED encapsulation coatings, and optical components for vacuum UV, visible and infrared wavebands.
