Xiamen Juci Technology Co., Ltd. was established on December 27, 2016, in Xiamen, Fujian Province, China. As an innovative high-tech enterprise, we are dedicated to the R&D, production, and sales of high-grade aluminum nitride (AlN) powders and ceramic products.
Our main product portfolio consists of four series: high-purity fine AlN powder, AlN granules, AlN thermally conductive fillers, and AlN ceramic products. Currently, we have an annual production capacity of 1,000 tons of AlN powder and 200 tons of ceramic products, with ongoing capacity expansion.

3. AlN Thermally Conductive Fillers: Featuring high loading capacity, excellent flowability, narrow particle size distribution, high thermal conductivity, and high electrical insulation. Widely used in thermal interface materials to dramatically boost​ heat dissipation efficiency.
4. Precision AlN Ceramic Components: Possessing high thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, and plasma erosion resistance. Utilizing dry pressing and injection molding, we manufacture complex-shaped, non-standard parts tailored for​ high-precision insulation and heat dissipation in semiconductor equipment.
