The PanDo High‑power Q‑switched series ultraviolet lasers adopt three‑mirror folded cavity, acousto‑optic Q‑switching, YAG side pumping, LBO frequency doubling, and sum‑frequency generation technologies, providing high energy density and excellent reliability. Widely used in micro‑hole processing, FPC blind‑hole processing, semiconductor LOW‑K grooving and dicing, they are ideal for copper foil, polyimide film, ceramics, silicon wafers and other materials. Featuring YAG side pumping, wide pulse width and high amplitude stability, the Q series uses a unique suspended side‑pump structure and water cooling for outstanding stability, ensuring high‑quality micro‑processing. The CM series precision optical chamfer machine is a semi‑automatic device for high‑precision chamfering in optical component cold processing. It performs chamfering and grinding on optical flats, circular plates and shaped parts, compatible with nearly all optical materials including K9, BK7, fused silica, LBO, YAG, ZnSe, Si, YVO4, CaF2 and sapphire.
