introduction
KANC is the national core R&D infra in the field of NT. The main goal of KANC is to set up a revolutionary high-tech facility for compound semiconductor based nano devices and to make an offer worldwide service with it. KANC would provide the best service by operating it as a user-oriented one.
Major Item introduction
Our cleanroom is 3,500m3 and we have about 165 kinds of equipments. It composed of front end line, back end line and rental area. Measurement & Analysis Lab is located in basement.We provide support for R&D of nano technologies and fabrication of compound semiconductor based on nano device.
